RANN BERRY and THE ONE HIT WONDERS
Those BIG hits from the 60s and 70s that you forgot you LOVE !
Vegas comes to Vernon!
With The Ultimate Baby Boomer's Flashback...
Rann Berry and The One Hit Wonders,
with Special Guest Stand Up Comedian "Jamie Charest"
After sold out shows in Kelowna and Penticton, "Rann Berry and The One Hit Wonders" bring their hit Vegas style act to The Vernon Performing Arts Centre this Saturday, November 24th
Baby Boomers are coming out and re living their past, singing along and dancing in the aisles. If you grew up in the 60s or 70s, you do know, and most likely LOVE all the songs in this show. "The reaction to this show has been truly unbelievable" says Rann Berry. The audiences are a mix of the Baby Boomers who grew up with these songs, and the Boomer parents who were young adults at the time. Throughout the show you'll hear people saying things like " that was my favorite song in grade 10 " or " That song reminds me of my high school boyfriend, Doug". It seems like the music from this era can take an audience back in time like nothing else. Songs like Seasons in the Sun, MacArthur Park, Hooked on a Feelin', and The Night Chicago Died are all part of the show, which features an 8 Piece Show Band, Go Go Dancers, and other surprises as well. The One Hit Wonders Show is hitting the road after the Vernon performance, so this is going to be the last chance to see the show in this area for quite a while.
