UPDATED: Public Statement – July 8, 2022:

The Vernon & District Performing Arts Centre Society (VDPAC) wishes to thank all our patrons, subscribers, sponsors and Ticket Seller clients for your continued support over the challenging COVID-19 pandemic and now, with the return to 100% capacity audiences:

  • COMING SOON! - VDPAC’s 2022-23 SPOTLIGHT Season, this Fall!
  • Vaccination & Masking Policy UPDATE
  • Patrons advised to arrive early
  • Tickets for Postponed or Cancelled Events

VDPAC’s COVID-19 Vaccination & Masking Policy:

Proof of vaccination is not required.

VDPAC will remain in compliance with Public Health Orders and out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety, our staff, volunteers & guest artists are fully vaccinated. We remain committed to taking every precaution & safety measure to ensure everybody visiting, working or performing at the VDPAC is not exposed to preventable health risks.

Masks & Face Coverings are Optional:

ALL staff & volunteers are currently required to wear PHO-compliant facemasks to host or work any public event at the VDPAC.

VDPAC is “mask-friendly”! Patrons are not currently required to be masked, but we ask that all Patrons respect each others’ choice to wear face coverings. Masks are available from VDPAC staff & volunteers, as well as hand sanitizer dispensers, upon arrival at the VDPAC.

Patrons are advised to arrive early!

VDPAC offers FREE Parking with eastside lots, at the Rec Centre & next door at the Vernon Curling Club, across the footbridge. Come early for the best spots & join us in the main, Okanagan Spirits Foyer to enjoy our Bar & Concession hospitality, welcoming foyer music & video previews of upcoming SPOTLIGHT shows on our foyer monitors now open 1 hour before show time.

Your Tickets for Postponed or Cancelled Events:

VDPAC’s own Ticket Seller box office policies for these ticketholders are:

Tickets for Postponed Events:

Ticket Seller can hold your tickets for SPOTLIGHT or Guest Artist shows and notify you directly about re-scheduled performance dates--as soon as we know them.

Pre-Issued VDPAC ticket vouchers for re-scheduled SPOTLIGHT shows will still be redeemed at Ticket Seller for tickets on a “first come” basis for the “best available seats” once a new performance date is confirmed. Check Ticketseller.ca often for updates.

IF re-scheduled performance dates do not work for you, as a non-profit box office, Ticket Seller asks that ticketholders request a credit on their Ticket Seller account & will be able to apply their credit to ANY future shows at the VDPAC, in lieu of a refund.

(Please Note: Ticket Refunds incur non-recoverable banking & credit card charges that together have a significant financial impact on Ticket Seller & the VDPAC Society).

Tickets for Cancelled Events:

Many touring commercial concerts & VDPAC’s own SPOTLIGHT Shows from 2020 & 2021 were re-scheduled, or became part of our Spring 2022 SPOTLIGHT season, with any remaining shows only postponed. New dates are being announced. Check ticketseller.ca often for updates!

For shows or events that cancelled, ticketholders have the same options to:

  • Take a credit on their Ticket Seller account for ANY future VDPAC events;
  • To donate their ticket value; or,
  • To request a refund (in consultation with a tour’s booking agents or event’s presenter).

Thank you once again for your continued support.

We look forward to welcoming you back to the Vernon & District Performing Arts Centre—SOON!
