Finding and Downloading your E-Tickets on PC and Mobile

Here are instructions on how to download your E-Tickets as a PDF or by adding them to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Please note: If you selected that you will pick up your tickets at the box office, your tickets will not be available for download.

FOR MOBILE

1. Click LOG IN in the hamburger menu bar at the top of the page and sign in to your account (if you are having trouble, you can always click on any event's Buy Tickets Now! link to get to the next page. The log in link on this page is under the menu at the bottom):

2. The text 'Details Addresses Contact Preferences' is a horizontal menu, drag towards the left to find E-Tickets and tap on it:

From here you can download the E-Tickets to your Apple/Google wallet or as a PDF:

FOR PC

  1. Click LOG IN in the top menu bar on the right and sign in to your account
  2. If you are already signed in, click on the little person icon next to 'MY ACCOUNT'
  3. Select E-Tickets from the menu:

From here you can download the ticket you want either to your Apple/Google wallet or as a PDF (the link at the end of the title)
